Prior to Veloce Capital, Surf managed multiple holding companies where he participated as either equity, mezzanine equity, or as a joint venture partner in development and management of over 1,000 real estate investment properties across the United States. Surf’s extensive investor pool also provided capital to originate, underwrite and fund most commercial real estate deals. His primary expertise resides in structuring complicated transactions and overseeing their expedient execution.
